Jerry founded the company as a sole proprietorship in 1975, and incorporated in 1979. After 10 years as a Senior Buyer with Westinghouse Electric Corp., 4 years working for a manufacturer of printed circuit boards then 2 years with a Manufacturers Representative Group he decided to form his own company, which has grown from annual sales of $2 million to over $20 million.

His background includes 4 years in military service and an LLB from LaSalle University obtained during his tenure at Westinghouse Electric Corp. He continues to oversee the operation while servicing a limited high profile account base of OEM customers.

Norm Miller,

Norm has been associated with Imagitron since its beginning as a principal, having worked for Tech-Tran Corp, a subsidiary of Inductotherm Industries for 27 years. Norm was elevated to President/CEO of TTC in 1986. In 1995 he joined Imagitron as a sales engineer, and in 2004 began working with the owner to manage various parts of the business. He now manages day-to-day operations and personnel and principal interface.
